All is well at Heavy Rock Farm. However, i would like to talk about WWOOFERS. This stands for willing workers on organic farms. Luckily for us, we have had some magnificent travellers come and stay, and most understand the WWOOF ethic.  We ask for your co-operation in working with us or unaided, and yes some of the jobs are mucky, but most are just regular get dirty farm jobs.  For this, you get fed, sheltered, entertained by our large puppy, and have your own accommodation. Some days you work 6 hours, some days less, but if you are not willing to work at all, please do not call. We go to town regularly, but we are not a taxi service. Our children (Young Adults) do have friends over, and they play guitars, table tennis, etc. In other words, we are a family farm, and enjoy a laugh while working or relaxing. Please keep this in mind when you contact us to be a Willing Worker.  Be safe, and happy travels.
