Spring means Snow Peas

Welcome to Spring at Heavy Rock Farm. Everything is growing fast, bees are pollinating flowers, clover is soft and snow peas are ready for picking. We have had wonderful wwoofers and helpers so far this year, now we need some more. So if you are interested, email or phone us.

Our lovely dog is now 4 years old, and still very friendly. If you are into dogs you will understand the drooling when they are happy. If we could capture the qualities of drool and added it to paint, we could repaint the house every month! tee hee.

All of the crops this year have been vying with weeds. You know it's a good year when the weeds are as healthy as the vegetables!  We are now looking for some rain - for the crops and for ourselves. Rural living means rain water, no rain = no water. Not to worry, it will come.

Looking forward to wwoofers, helpers and rain.

Cheers, and happy travels to all.
